By using the most progressive design processes as well as collaborating with the diverse team to create the best work of your career.About you:As Head of UX, youll oversee a talented in-house team and build up a network of contractors and freelancers to support the digital pipeline. Projects you can expect to be working on range from dynamic microsites to complex digital products, having a broadservice offering means youll have the opportunity to work with all the teams at this amazing company and get involved with some collaborative working.You will be working across diverse industries such as sustainability, learning, mobility, finance, energy and many others and some world-leading companies, including bp, S&P, and Teradata, as well as household UK names, including Scottish Widows and LloydsBanking Group. Alongside this you will need to be the face of the company and will need to feel comfortable attending and speaking at events.You should be someone in a principal/Senior UX role looking to take the next step up and be passionate about user-centred design and encouraging clients and teams to put users at the centre of design decisions. Support your UX team by setting up a directionand provide strategic guidance throughout the duration of projects. Someone who feels comfortable line managing, mentoring, and developing your team by supporting their personal development goals and plansRole Requirements:- Minimum 7+ years of UX experiences- Minimum lead UX or product design role in a digital agency - experience in line managing and mentoring UX team- Hands-on experience leading the UX strategy and delivery of complex digital projects and products- Demonstrable experience across the end-to-end UX process - discovery workshops -> prototyping and iterative testing- Collaborative ways of working - Miro or similar, Figma or similar- Agency experience- Experience working in agile, multi-disciplinary teamsBenefits:
