Head of SaaS & Service SalesMy Client is a young, entrepreneurial dynamic SAAS start-up that is breaking significant barriers across the world of Event technology. They offer a SAAS Video Event platform service offering to help C level Executives engage and partner with suppliers whilst looking to offer the SAAS tech software platform to businesses who may require its very own event platform.The business is offering a number of well thought out benefits including a 4-day working week, duvet days, extended Christmas leave, 4 weeks holiday plus public holidays with superb officesThis an exciting opportunity to hire a new Head of SaaS and Service sales. This role will be vital to the growth of the business and you will form part of our management team as a result.Key criteria will be someone with the following professional experience:A minimum of 3 years selling virtual roundtables/events to tier 1 technology organisations (essential)A minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience (essential)A minimum of 3 years of sales management and sales training experience (essential)Strategic individuals with previous start-up experience (essential)Demonstrable target exceeding resultsExperience in setting sales and revenue targetsExperience in performance managing sales staffA polished, fun, charismatic sales leader who has the desire and tempo to build and lead a diverse team of very hungry sales executivesAs the Head of Sales you will:Drive vision, strategy and results through your own sales activity - we want someone who can lead from the front and by exampleDeliver weekly, monthly and quarterly sales results to the Managing DirectorRecruit, train and manage a fast-growth sales functionWork alongside our Head of Marketing to define, implement and drive our SaaS launch in Q2 of 2021Define SaaS revenue targets for you, your team and ensure you over-achieve themTake ownership of the number - we want someone excited to come into the office every day because each new day represents a new opportunityHave a creative license to define what good looks like’Positively impact the bottom lineDesirableExperience in value/challenger selling techniquesExperience deploying sales strategies for new SaaS roll-outsA proven track record of YoY growth in a tech start-upBenefitsThe business is offering a number of well thought out benefits including a 4-day working week, duvet days, extended Christmas leave, 4 weeks holiday plus public holidays with superb officesWhat you’ll getA £50,000-£70,000 basic salary depending on experience (don’t forget, we’re looking for SaaS and Service experience combined)An OTE of £150K Y1 including some pretty chunky revenue bonusesThe best employee wellbeing programme in BristolA work/life balance that isn’t just lip service.Creative license to shape this team and drive it from the ground up Required skills
