We are working with a Housing Association who are looking to recruit a Head of Financial Reporting on a permanent basis. This is a full-time home-based position with you needing to be flexible to attend the office in Bristol when required.You will report directly to the CFO and form part of the Operational Leadership Team, to deliver a high-quality Financial Reporting service, ensuring that timely, accurate and relevant information is provided to the Senior Leadership Team, the Board andthe Audit and Risk CommitteeWith 3 direct reports, you will lead the year-end external financial audit, with responsibility for preparing the annual Statutory financial statements in accordance with FRS 102, the Housing SORP and the Regulator of Social Housing Accounting Direction.You will also be responsible for management of the Tax, VAT and CIS and Purchase to Pay functions within the Finance area.To apply for this position, we are looking for:
