Heres an exciting opportunity to join a newly established but rapidly growing UK based short term lending provider, licensed with the FCA.This brand new role as Head of Compliance will see you join a close-knit, dynamic and experienced team and manage the compliance framework for the business.You should be an experienced compliance professional with a background in the UK lending market - ideally consumer creditor similar financial product.Youll devise all policy and procedure for the business, advise and guide senior management on compliance issues and be the liaison for external regulatory bodies / auditors.Location is flexible - anywhere in the South of the UK would be considered, as you will be mainly working remotely / working from home.However, you must be happy to travel over to Bournemouth and / or London a few times per month.Basic salary circa £60-70,000alongsidea very generous bonus scheme, company pension and 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays).Its important that youve held a similar compliance role within a similar type of organisation, with a solid understanding of all applicable FCA rules and regulations.You should have the relevant knowledge, qualifications and experience in order to be approved by the FCA Senior Managers and Certification Regimes (SM&CR).Interested Then please apply via this advert or feel free to contact me directly for a confidential discussion.
