Head of Change Programmes | Bristol | Elbit Systems UKHead of Change Programmes | BristolReference: 115163 / 313The opportunity:We are looking for an Head of Selborne Change Programmes to join our Aerospace & Simulation business unit. This role will have responsibility for the ownership and delivery of all change programmes and task orders within Selborne. You will be the key pointof contact for the delivery of upgrades and new products within naval training.What will you be doing:As an Head of Change Programmes you will be:· Responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of the Selborne Programme.· Implementing and continuously improving programme control systems and process’.· Leadership and management of a multi-disciplined programme team.· Liaising with key stakeholders in both the Royal Navy and internally with Team Fisher (the consortium).· Working with the PMO and ensuring reporting is accurate and to quality.Skills for success:· Prior experience of delivering a programme or portfolio of projects to the value of £100m.· Experience managing programme cost, EVM and baseline reviews.· Ability to create PBS, WBS, CBS, OBS.· Strong leadership and management capabilities.We know that there is no such thing as perfection, and we don’t want you to be put off from applying.
