This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving, diverse, co-educational independent day school on the outskirts of Bristol. We are looking for a dynamic and highly capable Head of Careers and Employability, to coordinate and deliver the careers and employabilityprovision of our Senior School whilst contributing to the wider life of this busy holistic school community.The successful candidate will be knowledgeable of current good CEIAG practice, innovative, highly organised and have excellent people management and communication skills. They will develop excellent relationships with local and national businesses, professionalorganisations and higher education institutes, as well as with parents and guardians, to ensure students receive outstanding career support.This is a part time role, working 30 hours per week over 4 or 5 days, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. These hours are to be worked during term time and INSET days, with two additional weeks during the school holiday period.You will receive a competitive salary depending on skills, experience and qualifications, a holiday allowance based on 25 days per year plus 8 bank holidays pro-rata.
