Head of Campaigns (Land) - Bristol DefenceRole: Head of Training & Simulation CampaignsLocation: BristolAre you an experienced Campaign Manager, or Sales Manager within defence and looking for your next step Perhaps a current Head of Campaigns or Head of Sales and looking for a new challengeWere recruiting a Head of Campaigns to join a Bristol based defence prime, focusing on the management and E2E campaign process for the UK training and simulation business.The role will see you working with the internal team and taking a lead on current and future business-winning opportunities covering training and simulation capabilities for the UK MoD. The current team is on delivery for a number of large programmes acrossthe Royal Navy & British Army, helping to deliver future training capabilities for Boxer, Challenger & a number of other vital capabilities.Although this role would be ideal for someone who has current experience managing campaigns within the training domain, the business are looking for a hungry and successful campaign manager who has made a career capturing and winning business with the UKMoD.This role will remain hands on in business winning and will give the individual an opportunity to grow a team around them whilst also successfully winning campaigns to further support areas of the British Army with future and collective training capabilities.Skills;
