Job Description

Handyman/Fabric EngineerBristol£30,000-£35,000 (D.O.E)A leading FM services provider who were founded in 1985 now have an exciting new vacancy for a talented handyman to join their award winning team. They cover services for the public sector, corporate and managing agent cliental that depend on them to managethe maintenance of commercial properties, offices, schools, universities, hospitals, hotels, offices, and residential buildings. Due to their ongoing growth they require a skilled handyman to work on a number of key sites in Bristol.If you are a handyman/fabric engineer looking for a new rewarding challenge this year then this could be the perfect role for you.Handyman/Fabric Engineer Key Job Duties:

  • Key duties will be to cover all fabric maintenance works within a large commercial site in Bristol.
  • You will be required to attend PPMs and complete reactive maintenance work.
  • Completing basic fabric work such as carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, filter changes and cleans of Mechanical Systems, basic electric works.
Requirements for Handyman/Fabric Engineer:
  • You must have experience in a similar maintenance setting.
  • You must be able to cover basic works across a number of disciplines including plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, electrical and mechanical.
  • You must have a background completing high quality maintenance works.
  • You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
