Offering bespoke opportunities for both employers and learners throughout south west, they have state-of-the-art facilities in the heart Bristol.You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future for our client’s learners as they are now looking to add a Hair/ Barbering Manager to their Quality Team.Duties of the Hair/ Barbering Manager:
  • Develop and design cutting-edge, industry-relevant curricula
  • Inspire learners, fostering skill development and personal growth
  • Lead a dedicated team of tutors
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and post-16 training standards
  • Build and nurture partnerships with stakeholders
  • Collaborate in safeguarding and quality improvement initiatives
The Ideal Candidate:You will possess a genuine passion for the Hairdressing and Barbering industry, coupled with a deep enjoyment in guiding and empowering young individuals through training, fostering the growth of their skills, knowledge, and personal development.You will also have the following experiences and skills:
  • Level 3 Hairdressing qualification or 5 years industry experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven curriculum development expertise
  • Experience in study programme provision and learner engagement
Desirable Skills:
  • Assessor award or Barbering skills
  • Knowledge of 16-18 study programmes
  • Familiarity with SEN, EHCP, and learning support
