Job Description

Package: £23K-25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission - £35K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2, £70K OTE Year 3Our client is a market leader in their space and specialise in placing doctors from all around the world into the NHS across the UK. The Role
  • Talent acquisition: Sourcing & interviewing candidates.
  • Process management: Managing the full recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, feedback management, closing deals and post-placement follow ups.
  • Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases and social media.
  • Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news.
The Requirements
  • 2:1 or above at bachelors level is preferred but not essential
  • Ambition, drive and entrepreneurial flair
  • Time management, efficiency and exceptional work ethic
  • Strong communication skills.
