Our people live and breathe our SPIRIT values; we are the place for spirited people.More about your role As our Graduate Land and Development Officer within the 2022 Emerging Talent Programme, youll join our north team to support the development lifecycle from land acquisition through to housing sales and management.The two-year programme will support you to develop the core skills, behaviours and technical ability to develop into an Assistant Development Manager.Over the two -year programme you will be supported by industry experts to deliver mixed tenure placemaking developments across the north of England. We operate using the processes and ways of working of a volume housebuilder whilst offering social impactand community investment. Youll collaborate with all departments from sales, finance, build team and have the ability to enhance collaboration and conversation between them.This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate needing to visit site locations across the North and offices in Preston and Leeds.More about youYoull be a recent graduate with a degree in a relevant subject.
