Role: Associate Recruitment Consultant Salary: £24,000 + uncapped commission - OTE Year 1 £40k-£50k/ Year 2 - £75k+Location: Bristol, City CentreIMMEDIATE & GRADUATE/SUMMER START DATES AVAILABLE Are you looking for a role with high commission, training and progression through to management and director level roles After a record breaking month and some incredible YoY growth we are looking to expand the teams in our Bristol office.We are looking for highly-motivated, go-getters who will be proactively building their client base through cold calling, qualifying leads and developing partnerships. Earning uncapped commission and progressing through to leadership roles based on meritwith unlimited opportunity. • Identifying leads and potential partnerships
• Sales, cold calling, client engagement and developing your client base
• Developing and maintaining partnerships with potential and existing clients
• Hitting targets and metrics
• Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
• Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
