As Global eCommerce Brand Manager youll create an engaging and effective consumer universe on Amazon and online retailers. Youll be part of a core team responsible for Pukkas growth and global expansion and will work collaboratively to create an outstanding eCommerce business for Pukka.Youll craft and execute eCommerce campaigns that grow Pukka sales and brand love, inspiring Pukka teams around the world to follow your example. Balancing both the strategic and hands-on execution of activity, youll innovate in the eCommerce space, proposing new ideas for the channel. Youll integrate eCommerce into all Pukka campaigns ensuring paid media has a clear and effective journey to online ordering. Using insights, youll connect with shoppers, and track, measure and learn from activity to optimise and improve results.About youWere looking for a creative, innovative eCommerce expert who wants to revolutionise what its like to buy Pukka products online. With an excellent understanding and knowledge of major eCommerce platforms and media, as well as the very latest eCommerce and social trends, youll have proven experience planning, executing and optimising eCommerce campaigns. So that you can deliver great quality assets, experience of briefing, reviewing, and providing feedback during the content development process is essential.With a strong creative flair, youll demonstrate a desire and ambition to always think and do differently, and to innovate in the digital world. This will be matched with an analytical mind, able to identify insights in data to build effective campaigns and analyse results always with a view to optimise and improve. Having the ambition to propose and test new ideas and learn from them will be key in this new role, whilst also striving for the best possible return on investment.A natural team player, youll be able to collaboratively create campaigns that deliver integrated cross channel thinking.
