Geotechnical Engineer - Bristol | £30,000-£36,000Are you a Geotechnical Engineer whos passionate about sustainable and innovative design Do you want leadership training and the support of structured trainingIf you have experience working as a Geotechnical Engineer in a consultancy environment, we want to hear from you! Youll be joining a close-knit engineering consultancy of around 15-20 people. Youll be supported to increase your level of responsibility while working with freedom and autonomy. As a Geotechnical Engineer, youll work on various construction and environmentalprojects in the built environment. Youll work with engineering design and analysis software to produce designs and reports for geotechnical investigations, producing ground models, working on deep foundations, retaining structures, earthworks, slope stability,desk studies, and ground treatment.Your progression to chartered status will be supported by a team of talented Engineers Youll be joining an established team of talented Engineers. As a Geotechnical Engineer, youll collaborate with experienced teammates to develop your knowledge of engineeringin the built environment.The company has a formal training scheme to help you become a chartered member of the Institute of Civil Engineers and Geological Society of London.Whats needed for this Geotechnical Engineer position* Ideally, you will be qualified with BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering, Geology or Engineering Geology, or MEng/MSc (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, including geotechnical engineering modules* Live locally to Bristol* Enjoy working with engineering design and analysis software* Have a passion for geotechnical engineering* Have the right to live and work in the UKWhats on offer to the Geotechnical Engineer * Salary in the region of £30,000-£36,000 - this isnt set in stone and more will be offered for the right experience.* Continued training and support toward CEng status* Training with engineering software* Regular social events and team-building activities* Competitive pension schemeContact Tom Stewart at Konker to ask any questions or apply directly for a preferable application.
