As such, the Geo-Environmental team are expanding capabilities and arekeen to recruit Geo-Environmental Consultants for both London and Glasgow.Providing a true end-to-end offering for clients, around the globe, our client provides solutions in the Hydrocarbons, Minerals & Metals, Chemicals, and Infrastructure industries. As part of a major multidisciplinary, they continue to push boundaries andextend global capability.With a clear strategy to ensure that their staff of high-level achievers is happy, they continue to outstrip the competition.The role is a mix of onsite supervision of ground investigations and sub-contractor management, environmental sampling and monitoring as well as the preparation of technical reports, including desk studies, site investigation reports, risk assessments, sustainabilityassessments, remediation options appraisals and verification reports.Ideally you will be educated to masters degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g. Geology, Applied Environmental Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Environmental Consultancy, Geochemistry) and have a strong background in contaminated land assessment,human health and environmental risk assessment, development of site conceptual models, soil and groundwater remediation, analytical methodologies and sampling procedures.You will be able to write clear, logical and concise technical reports and possess excellent communication skills. You must be able to travel and spend periods of time away on field-based projects across the UK and internationally as well as hold a fullvalid driving licenceYou will be rewarded with an excellent salary and benefits package as well as a real boost to your career.
