Due to business and contract growth, we are looking to develop gas engineers and provide an opportunity to step into the world of metering.We are looking for gas engineers that are confident in their abilities and ready to build on that skill set for their next challenge in metering. It is a unique chance to complete a funded training programme and excel in an industry that is growing exponentially.If successful at interview, you will complete an intensive yet highly rewarding training programme. You will spend 7 of the 9 weeks at Calisen Smarter Energy Academy, based in Wigan, and 2 weeks based from home completing in field training with an experiencedmentor.We believe that you deserve to be rewarded for your hard work and dedication. We are proud to offer a highly competitive renumeration and training package.-£39,220 basic salary (OTE £53,000)-Training salary for first 6 months of £34,980-Optional Saturday working (£180 per dual)-Up to £250 quarterly health and safety bonus-Daily fitting bonus-Fantastic 9-week training programme based in Wigan-Excellent healthcare package-Company sick pay-Bonus & incentive packages-30 days holidays, rising to 33 (This includes bank holidays)-Van, tools, PPE and fuel cardOur engineers are the face of the business, and we are proud to say that our current team set the bar high when it comes to safety, quality and customer service. You will be backed by a wider support team of scheduling, commissioning, auditors and management, helping you to deliver smarter energy for all.We just ask for the following:-CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 or CESP1-At least 6 months experience working to gas safe regulations after completion of qualifications-Commitment to the training course (accommodation and expenses covered)-Full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points-Able to pass a CRC check.Calisen is proud to be a Real Living Wage employer.
