You will be working on the reception, meeting and greeting clients, provide office support to the business, and be involved with any on-siteevents.It is key that you’ve come from a customer facing role, such as working within a reception, a hotel or another professional services business.This is a full time, permanent role, working a 35 hour working week. Working between the operating hours of 8am and 6pm.You will receive a wide range of highly competitive benefits and perks such as family and lifestyle hour opportunities, contributory pension and a 35 hour working week!Duties:Greet internal and external visitors on the reception deskIncoming/outgoing mailPhotocopying and scanning, binding, laminating and paginatingTake care of office appearanceServe refreshments and foodLiaise with engineers and contractorsStock control for office stationeryFollow health & safety proceduresArrange facilities for on-site events and conferencesRequirements:Previous customer facing experienceStrong communicator both written and verbalBe friendly, confident, willing to go the extra mileTake pride in both your work and the overall appearance and impression made on any visitorsAbility to turn your hand to a vast range of dutiesStrong team playerExcellent IT literacy and experience
