You will be responsible for providing accurate and insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support to our organization. Your exceptionalanalytical skills, creativity, and strategic mindset will contribute to driving informed decision-making and maximizing financial performance.Responsibilities:Financial reporting – responsible for creating and reviewing business reports.

    • Prepare key financial reports.
    • Perform in depth analysis of financial data, with clear explanations or trends / outcomes.
    • Analyse financial metrics e.g., margin analysis, customer churn and KPIs
Modelling – developing financial models
    • Building databases for capturing and facilitating the understanding of KPIs, customer churn and other financial metrics
    • Reviewing existing model suite and recommending opportunities for further automation / other efficiencies
Budgeting and forecasting
    • Support the FBP team in creating the annual Clearcourse budget.
    • Attend monthly forecasting meetings with different business units and prepare analysis for the Board to review results and monitor financial performance.
Requirements:- Proven experience as an FP&A Analyst or in a similar financial analysis role- Strong understanding of financial concepts, forecasting techniques, and budgeting processes- Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis using advanced Excel skills- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) is desirable- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills- Professional certifications such as ACCA, ACA or CIMAIf you are looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to contribute to the financial success of a growing organization, ClearCourse is the place for you!
