Floor Fitting Remedials Technicianup to £37,500 + annual & bonus, healthcare & use of a vehicleBristolAre you an experienced fitter, looking to get off your knees, but not quite ready to give up the skilled floor fitting trade Are you looking for a varied role with a highly reputable, family run firm where you will conduct flooring surveys, be able to identifyfaults and complete basic remedialsIf so, wed like to hear from you.We are recruiting for a Floor Fitting Remedials Technician to work for an award winning, growing firm in Avonmouth.This is a key position where you will be tasked working in the remedials team, providing great customer service when visiting customers homes and surveying work, spotting problems and suverying ready for fitting teams to carry out remedials.As Floor Fitting Remedials Technician you will:- Identify the flooring issues at customers homes and determine if they are due to manufacturing installations or a site based fault and report back to HQ for next steps.- Survey the remedial work effectively giving clear instructions to fitters when they are handed the jobs to complete- Perform small scale fixes and be able to monitor fitting standards in order to identify training needs of fitters- Represent the company in a professional way and provide an excellent level of service for the customerThis is an exciting role for you if you are an experienced fitter and it will come with a great salary and additional benefits.
