We therefore offer a host of developmental and progression opportunities to ensure we nurture our people, allowingthem to grow with us.We have an exciting vacancy for a First Line Manager (Nights) working at our Bristol Transport site overseeing our ClickLink service, working with some of the UKs biggest retailers.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate the team to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Maximise efficiencies throughout the warehouse, prioritising and assigning workloads
  • Briefing and Debriefing driverschecking paperwork, keys etc.. back in / out
  • Working in line with companys Health & Safety procedures
  • Due to it being a small warehouse team (4 / 5 per shift), candidate will be expected to help with the unloading and loading of vehicles during busy periods
  • Sending KPI reports
  • Dealing with breakdowns
Key skills/competencies required to be a Warehouse Supervisor:
  • Experience within a supervisory warehouse role
  • Experience within transport environment
  • Computer Literate
  • You need to be a peoples person; were looking for you to engage with your team to get the best out of them
  • Strong leadership
  • Strong Health & Safety focus
  • Great team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication skills (verbal and written)
