Job Description

Fire Risk Assessor - Bristol & surrounding areasUp to £46,000 (experience dependent) + car / car allowance + overtime + excellent benefits package + long-term career opportunities + established, award-winning, global organisation.Our client, a highly successful, global Business employing more than 50,000 individuals world-wide, is looking to recruit a qualified & experienced Fire Risk Assessor to undertake Tier 2 Fire Risk assessments in Bristol & surrounding areas and offer Fire Safety advice to a range of clients & industries.Fire Risk Assessor remit:

  • Work independently to deliver high-quality Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Safety Audits, Fire Door Surveys, Passive Protection Surveys, Fire & Emergency Plans, Fire Safety Consultancy etc across various industries
  • Tier 2 FRAs for a broad range of clients including high-rise Residential, Corporate, Retail etc
  • Produce reports and demonstrate knowledge, experience and sound understanding of Fire Safety legislation, standards and best practice
  • Client relationship management; deal with queries & challenges effectively and appropriately, offering advice and solutions
Fire Risk Assessor profile:
  • NEBOSH Fire Safety & Management Certificate or higher level qualification
  • A Fire Safety accreditation with a recognised professional body
  • Ideally IFSM Tier 2 or able to demonstrate competence at Tier 2
  • Previous 2-3yrs Tier 2 Fire risk assessment experience across various environments including residential high-rise, Corporate, Retail, Hospitality etc
  • CDM knowledge & understanding beneficial
  • Liaison with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • Must be resident in / near Bristol or surrounding areas
