Robert Half Finance & Accounting are proud to be partnering with our client, a growing & vibrant business based in Central Bristol, in their recruitment of a Financial Planning Manager on a permanent contract.You will lead the long-term planning process and ensure that budgets align to and deliver long-term aspirations, by translating business strategy into financial plans. Identifying risks and opportunities, creating the operating financial management infrastructurethat enables the execution of strategic plans. Furthermore, you will ensure that transactions are recorded in accordance with budget control systems, internal accounting policy, external regulatory requirements and accounting standards. This will require experttechnical know-how, excellent judgement and tact. You will manage the financial reporting processes and also the monthly management reporting process, providing insight into leadership to inform decisions, enable profitability and assess business performance.Culture here is excellent, the team pull together, and work hard.
