Job Description

Robert Half has partnered with a FTSE 250 organisation seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join their Finance team. As an integral part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will lead a group of 3 junior finance staff. This is a key role in thebusiness and has opportunity for growth and progression. For the right candidate, this role offers:£65,000 - £68,000 + car allowance + 20% bonus + 25 holidays (plus bank holidays) + hybrid working (1-2 days in the office)Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the FP&A team.
  • Oversee monthly reporting processes, including accounts preparation for various reporting entities and business unit analysis.
  • Manage and supervise the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for reporting issues and requirements for the department heads
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Head of FP&A and other key stakeholders as needed.
Experience:
  • ACCA, ACA, ACMA, CIMA, ICAEW, ICAS qualified accountant
  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate with individuals at various levels of the organisation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop key talent in the team.
