Job Description

The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or studying towards qualifications, however our client is open to more junior candidates who are hard-workingand eager to learn.Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant will include:

  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Processing the purchase ledger.
  • Some accounts receivable duties.
  • Processing expenses.
  • Ad-hoc assistance with internal and external audit.
  • Assist with processing and collating of payroll where required.
  • Chase and review timesheets.
  • Administer company credit cards.
  • Some administrative duties.
The successful Finance Assistant will require the following attributes:
  • Strong organisational qualities and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good initiative and ability to work independently.
