Job Description

Finance and operations AdministratorRecruitment sector experience ideally preferred, but not essentialMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday office based in Bristol, Thursday and Friday work from homeBaltimore Consulting are looking to expand our finance and operations team with an experience administrator ideally with experience of working in the recruitment sector.Our focus as a business public sector recruitment at niche senior appointments levelwithin Education, Housing (property and regeneration), Social care (adults and children) and the NHSDespite the ups and downs that COVID19 has brought, we have had a positive past 12 months. Not a single member of staff was furloughed, in fact we grew by an additional five new hires during the last lockdown.We are now looking to expand the team again.Your role as an administrator

  • You will be responsible for writing the contracts (offer of employment) to our contractors.
  • Responsible for all documentation relating to the placement of the candidate on our CRM
  • Ensuring allcompliancedocuments are received, valid and in date and stored accordingly.
  • You will also make sure that any extensions to employment are correctly administered.
  • Ideally you will also havepayrollexperience, matching timesheets submitted by the contractor on a weekly basis.
  • If you have previous working in therecruitment sectorthis would be advantageous but not essential
  • You will be the first point of call for any contract enquiries, making sure our client and contractor care is A1.
  • Excellent Excell skills would also be beneficial
  • Any experience of invoicing and reconciliation would also be advantageous.
  • For this role, it’s essential you are well organised, have aneye for detail, are proactive, have excellent time management and work well in sometimes pressured situation.
