Job Description

Business Office Administrator£12.30 per hourStart ASAPDuration - Temporary - Permanent or 4-5 monthsBS6Our client based near Clifton is looking for a Business Office Administrator to join their busy and friendly team on a temp-perm basis or the option of a 4-5 month temporary position. Working within a medical setting, you will be possess strong numerical skillsto support the accounts and finance team throughout the hospital. This role is key to help the hospital achieve and exceed its business volume targets and improve the customer experience.Responsibilities include;

  • Process patient charging - pre-assessment outpatients, radiology etc.
  • Review patient charging report and escalate discrepancies.
  • Collect payments for self funding patients and support the credit control function.
  • Reconcile daily banking.
  • Complete monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Investigate and resolve patient invoice queries.
  • Process consultant payments.
What youll need:
  • Experience or a background within a finance role/sector
  • Good with figures
  • PC literate - knowledge of Excel is required. The ability to understand and work with numbers is essential.
  • A team player willing to throw themselves in to different tasks.
