Job Description

Field Service Engineer (Passenger / Goods Lifts)£35,000 - £38,000 + OTE £47k - £50k + Training + Progression + 33 Days HolidayBristol (South West Patch)Are you a Service Engineer or similar with a background in passenger / goods lifts looking for a highly autonomous, home-based, Monday to Friday role with door-to-door pay offering the chance to complete a fully funded NVQ and progress your careerIn this role, you will be responsible for reactive and planned maintenance of all types of passenger and goods lifts. Working across the South West you will be home based, only being required to come into the office in Clevedon once a week. During this timeyou will also have the opportunity to be supported through the company to complete an NVQ, further increasing your engineering skills.This company have been highly successful in the last 40 years having grown exponentially and now boast two UK offices. They are well renowned for their professionalism and for promoting internal growth through a variety of tailored training programmes and internalprogression routes. With the recent opening of their second office this is an exciting time to get on board with a growing company.This role would suit a Service Engineer or similar from a passenger / goods lifts background looking for a company that is going to invest heavily into their development and can offer a great work life balance with a local patch, door to door pay and plentyof optional overtime.The Role:

  • Servicing a variety of passenger and goods lifts around the South West
  • On job training on specific lift equipment and LOLER inspections.
  • Opportunity to achieve an NVQ level 3 fully funded by the business
  • Monday to Friday, Flexitime, 40 hours a week, 1 in 6 weeks 24 hour on call with allowance paid
  • Overtime 1.3x during the week, 1.5x on Saturday, 2x on Sunday and bank holidays
