Dareshack is a microbakery, coffee and creative space, and will be hiring an enthusiastic, and committed to excellence Baker to join our young progressive company. Dareshack’s shop will offer speciality coffee and teas alongside a selection of bread, cakes, pastries and sweet & savoury goods; Using fresh, local and seasonal products. Right in the city centre, we will be opened seven days a week, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. / 8:30 am to 5:00 pm weekends, with plans to extend the hours.At Dareshack, we are constantly exploring new ideas, flavours and projects. And our open plan kitchen is our lab’, a safe place where we can experiment and produce high-quality products.The ideal candidate will have at least one years’ experience with:- Long fermented sourdoughs- Laminated doughs- Recipe development- Time management, be highly organised and have great attention to detail.- Exceptional knowledge in Food Health and Safety, including EHO requirements- Ordering / Stock ManagementDesirable- Cakes and sweets development and production- Experience using pastry sheeterIf this sounds like you, please email your CV with a few words about yourself.We very much look forward to hearing from youDareshack team@dareshack
