Job Description

Executive Search ConsultantBristolSanderson Government & Defence We are recruiting for an Executive Search Consultant to join our leading Executive Search operation here at Sanderson Government & Defence. This is a role where you will have the opportunity to both learn on the job and also be an integral part of the team delivering high profile headhunting assignments for clients in government, national security and the defence sector.What you will need

  • You will be intelligent, inquisitive and ambitious
  • You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate clear and often complex messages to a wide array of senior stakeholders.
  • You will enjoy detailed research projects and creating professional presentations of the results
  • Working in a fast paced and dynamic environment will appeal to you
  • You will have a natural ability to build relationships and engage with people
  • You will have some experience in a corporate, B2B or client facing role. Executive Search or recruitment experience is not necessary
