Job Description

About the role As the Executive Administrator to our project leads, youll work with these senior leads to help manage our exciting project; ensuring each one fully delivers on our customer and company commitments. What youll be doing As a Executive Administrator you will have the following accountabilities:

  • Top level review and understanding of the programme and its milestones ensuring that you have a joined up approach to the project.
  • Managing the diaries for the above leads, ensuring that the relevantinformation, paperwork, documentation, attendees etc, are in/at the events planned.
  • Looking at the workload of the two leads and assigning work to othermembers of the team as appropriate and ensuring it is returned in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Representing the above leads where necessary.
  • Working on the communications associated with the project and ensuring professionalism and transparency are key.
  • Co-ordinating visits for both leads.
  • Developing and maintaining close relationships with external professionals, clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers to continuously improve the customer experience of using the project.
  • Maintaining awareness of the commercial position of the project, actively engaging with the Commercial team to protect our position
Who were looking for
  • Experience at PM level
  • Industry experience. Track record of successful projects either internally or externally
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction process,
  • Understands the pre-construction process.
  • Can organise and manage the design phase of a project.
  • Help prepare and maintain the client decision matrix.
  • Has a good political awareness.
  • Able to collate information from the team to prepare and present the project report.
  • Understanding of how to comply with a Health & Safety policy and Health & Safety management system
  • Good team leader and people manager
  • Sensitive to political situations - good relationship builder
  • A good organiser/system implementor
  • Able to apply and operate a safe system of works
  • Be able to effectively manage risk
  • Be able to plan & programme projects with some knowledge of planningsoftware
