Due to continued growth and the decision to transition from sub-contractors to permanent staff they are looking to grow their team.In this role you will you will be based primarily on the groundworks side of the company, managing the contractual and financial side of projects. You will be expected to negotiate costs with customers, produce evaluations, process invoices for projects and more. it will also involve visits to sites and elements of Quantity Surveying.The ideal candidate will be someone with experience as an estimator in an industry such as civil or construction or other related industry. Any previous experience with groundworks would be beneficial but not absolutely necessary.This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a stable company in the process of massive growth as you take on a varied and interesting role within a friendly team.The Role:*Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00*Managing contractual and financial side of projects*Negotiate costs*Produce evaluations*Process invoicesThe Person:*Estimating experience*A civil or construction background (or other related)*Any experience in ground works would be beneficial but not required*Commutable or willing to relocate to Bristol.
