We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced ENT SHO Consultant to join a dynamicEar, Nose, and Throat (ENT) team.Position Overview: As an ENT SHO Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions. Your expertise in ENT care will contribute to improved patient outcomes and overall well-being.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for patients with ENT conditions.
  • Assist in surgical procedures related to ear, nose, and throat care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including senior consultants, nurses, and support staff.
  • Participate in ENT clinics, case discussions, and departmental meetings.

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Medical degree and full registration with the UK Medical Board.
  • Previous experience in ENT care and expertise in ENT principles and clinical protocols.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a patient-centered approach.
