Engineering Manager (Mechanical / Commercialisation) £50,000 - £55,000 + Career Development + Autonomy + £500 Funding for Training + Share Scheme Options + Cycle to Work Scheme + Company BenefitsBristolAre you an Engineering Manager with experience in designing industrial/mechanical hardware and managing an engineering team, looking to spearhead and pioneer the commercialisation of a product aiming to innovate and transform to revolutionise the mechanicalengineering industry, where you will have the autonomy to make your mark in this milestone product and lead a team of engineers to successThis company is evolving a product looking to revolutionise the flow control / pressure equipment industry. Currently, in its pre-revenue stage - its product aims to relieve hundreds of millions of pounds worth of greenhouse emissions. Going from strengthto strength, the company aims to double their headcount over the next year and has recently won government contracts and a huge R&D contracts.This will include leading the transition of products from R&D to production, optimizing designs to meet required standards and overseeing a team to support range expansions, certification, trials deployment, and quality systems development.
