Job Description

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title:End Point Assessor - Hospitality(Applications are open to Assessors looking to progress to anEPA role)Location:Home/Field based - Candidates must be flexible with travelx1 covering Bristol, Swindon and Gloucesterx1 covering Swindon, Salisbury and BathSalary:£25,200Package:Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage, Pension + much more!Type:Full Time, PermanentEssential Criteria:(Opportunitiesavailable for experienced EPAs and Assessorslooking to progress to anEPA role)

  • Must be a qualified Assessor,holding a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
  • Ideally have experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in Hospitality.
  • Must hold solid, occupational competency within Hospitality either Front or Back of Housee.g. Reception; Bar Service;Team Member; Commis Chef; Supervisor; Chef de Partie or Senior Production Chef.
  • Hold a level 3 in Hospitality as a minimum.
  • Have an excellent understanding of Apprenticeship Standards.
  • Must be IT Literatetraining will be provided on company systems.
  • Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.
Duties:
  • As an End Point Assessor you will responsible for completing a range of EPAactivities, both face to face and electronically,with Apprentices completing HospitalityApprenticeship Standards up to Level 3. These EPA activitiesinclude: to carry out EndPoint Assessment, scheduling of EPAactivities, marking,grading and regular planningmeetings with candidates and employers.
  • Complete all necessary administration, ensuring that all data is processed and supplied in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of EPA, your vocational area, Apprenticeship Standards and evidence ofCPD.
  • Participate in standardisation and training activities.
  • Provide assistance to Apprentices, Employers or Delivery Teams, assisting with queries in a timely manner.
