Job Description Morgan McKinley is supporting a leading international organisation in the South West, to recruit an Employment Tax Senior Manager into a pivotal role for the organisation. Employment Tax Senior ManagerThe Role My client is a fast growing and highly successful global organisation, and this is a newly created role and a rare and fantastic in-house opportunity, which will provide ERS and other employmenttax technical support across the Group. You will work closely with the Head of Tax advising on employer requirements relating to equity investments via different investment structures, and support HR to drive processes and policies around contractors. There will be various specific projects related to employment taxes that this role will support on, including the management of employee investment opportunities and advising on the implication of internal Group restructuring. This role will also require excellentstakeholder management skills, particularly in relation to partnering with the Groups advisors responsible for the preparation and submission of the UK P11D, PSA and ERS filings. The Person The successful candidate for this role will ideally be a Qualified Accountant or Tax Advisor, with strong employment tax technical knowledge and the capability to communicate effectively with non-tax professionals and manage keyadvisory relationships. Knowledge of UK employment taxes and working knowledge of employment tax across multiple territories is highly desirable.
