Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective email marketing campaigns to drive engagement,generate leads, and increase conversions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to promote products/services, drive sales, and enhance brand awareness.
  • Create engaging email content, including copywriting, design, and multimedia elements, to effectively communicate key messages and promotions.
  • Segment email lists based on user behaviours, demographics, and other relevant criteria to optimise campaign targeting and personalisation.
  • Monitor and analyse email campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement and implement optimisation strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and campaign optimisation.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies.
