Job Description

Fusion People are actively recruiting for an Electrician to work on behalf of our Bristol based client who manage a large residential property portfolio contract in the Bristol area. We are looking for immediate start, self employed contractor for this position and the client are offering £24-£27 per hour (Umbrella) for a minimum of 4 weeks installing fire alarms and minor electrical maintenance in vacant flats and HMOs in Bristol. Job descriptionI am actively recruiting for both a contract Electrician to assist our client with ongoing maintenance works on residential propertys around the Bristol area.About you:

  • Will have previous Electrician experience of 3+ years (Social housing experience preferred)
  • City and Guilds or time served in your specific trade along with other trades and skills.
  • A good standard of onsite Health & Safety
  • A team player who will be happy to work as a team.
  • Someone who takes pride in their work to complete work to a high standard
  • Reliability and tidiness is essential
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • A can-do attitude.
  • Able to listen and take instructions.
  • Ability to get to site.
  • Own tools, power and hand.
About the role:
  • Full-time Monday to Friday
  • Salary: competitive & negotiable based on experience, on the books/CIS and company van option
  • A full driving licence is required
  • We are looking for an immediate/near Future start.
  • Ensuring sites are left tidy.
  • Caring about your site/job.
  • Carrying out any other duties as reasonably instructed by the maintenance manager.
  • Supervision and training will be provided.
  • PAYE option: £18 per hour
