Ecommerce Account ManagerThe Company:We are recruiting for our successful and fast-growing ecommerce client, who have an opportunity for a full time Ecommerce Amazon Account Manager to join their friendly and dedicated team based in South Bristol.Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)Immediate start would be advantageousContract: Permanent, Full timeHours: 37.5 hours per week (8.30am - 5.00pm).22 days annual holiday plus bank holidaysThe role is office basedThe Role:To manage and be accountable for the Amazon channel accounts and to lead the expansion and further growth. Joining the Commercial Team, reporting to our Commercial Manager with full support provided. This role also offers a creative aspect, and is perfect forsomeone who has a strong passion for online retail.Duties:- Listing creation; working closely with product team to ensure timely listing of new products.- Oversee and optimise product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon algorithms and product search rankings to ensure maximum exposure of products.- Description and content creation for product listings.- Full management of all FBA shipments and stock replenishment.- Full management of all Vendor orders, invoicing and shipments.- Develop and maintain storefront design.- Create and manage advertising campaigns using the channels marketing features such as Sponsored Products.- Inventory management and replenishment coordination with buying team.- Manage product reviews and seller feedback to enable growth.- Manage and monitor the accounts health and performance metrics and implement strategies to ensure account health is kept pristine.- Raising cases with Amazons Seller Support to resolve issues.- Monitoring customer service quality and response times.- Conducting analysis of campaign strategies, activity and sales and profit performance.The Ideal Person:- Our client is willing to consider candidates who have a keen interest in ecommerce and online retail- If you have a degree in Marketing or Business, this would be desirable- IT literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office application with particularly strong skills in Excel- Analytical thinker with the ability to utilise reporting- A confident and effective communicator- Any experience of Amazon Seller Central account management desirable but not essentialIf you are interested then please apply!
