We only finance companies, organisations and projects that benefit people and the environment.The Opportunity:We are delighted to be currently recruiting for an EA to UK Board & CEO to join our highly regarded CEO office team at our Bristol Head Office. This is a full-time permanent opportunity available and offers the benefits of flexible hybrid working, typically,this will require you to work from the Bristol office minimum 2 days per week with a choice of working from home or the office on the other days.As EA to UK Board & CEO you will provide EA support to Non-Executive UK Board Members and the CEO. Working closely with Business Manager, this role will be providing a wide range of support including full diary management for the CEO, travel bookings, expensemanagement and HR systems support for the CEO and UK Board, as well as organising Board Strategy visits, Group visits to the UK and SMT away days.Key responsibilities will require you to:Board

  • Support Co-Sec team to implement UK Corporate schedule, including Board meetings and subcommittee meetings.
  • Organise logistics for Board strategy day visits.
  • Support Co-sec team with onboarding and induction of new Board Directors
  • Provide travel, accommodation booking and expense administration
  • Meeting scheduling support to all Board members.
  • Support Deputy Co-Sec in maintaining HR records for Board.
  • Conduct research on behalf of the Board or Corporate Secretary as required.
Support to CEO
  • Provide complex diary management for CEO, including scheduling all internal & external meetings.
  • Organise venue booking and logistics for away days for Senior Management Team
  • Maintaining HR systems for CEO’s direct reports (holiday / sickness / uploading & maintain appraisal documents)
  • Process expenses and credit card for CEO
  • Provide travel management for CEO including flights, accommodation, parking, transfers etc.
  • Arrange travel arrangements and itineraries for visiting Group co-workers i.e., EB Visit (dinner bookings, organising lunches, scheduling meetings, transfers)
  • Schedule co-worker Inductions between CEO and all new co-workers
  • Prepare meeting rooms and organise catering when required.
Management of Foundation Event Space
  • Support the day-to-day activity of the event foundation space, including Foundation inbox, booking enquiries and meet and greet event organisers on the day.
Other
  • Provide support to Business Manager and EAs
  • Provide event support to Triodos events when required (e.g., the annual meeting)
  • Comply with all regulatory obligations and internal governance to help ensure ethical behaviour, working to deliver good customer outcomes and avoiding foreseeable harm in line with Triodos’ practice of putting customers at the heart of what we do.
What we are looking for:To be successful in this role will have good interpersonal skills and an ability to deal with people at all levels, combined with excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively. You will have experience of minuting meetingsand in undertaking independent research activity, with experience of project administration being desirable for this role.You will be able to prioritise your own workload and manage strict deadlines, the ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality is essential for this role.Triodos Bank is proud of its culture, ethos, and ability to make a positive change in society.
