We stay at the cutting edge of retailing and consistently provide outstanding customer service,culminating in winning the Cruise Retailer of the Year award for 2022.About the role:Reporting to the L&D Manager, the E-Learning Design Consultant will work with key business stakeholders, vendor brands and eLearning Instructional Designer to design, develop and implement L&D programmes, using a blended (70/20/10) scalableapproach. The programmes will support organisational goals and provide bespoke online learning and development solutions.As part of a market leader in travel retail, you will use your passion for eLearning and digital learning solutions to play a significant part in supporting the organisational growth and change here at Harding+.The role is offered on a hybrid working basis.What youll be doing:

• Use the ADDIE model to design, develop, implement, and embed meaningful digital blended L&D solutions, tailored to meet the identified audience needs
• Collaborate with all stakeholders and SMEs throughout the defined ADDIE stages, to develop / produce the most effective programmes, gaining maximum business buy-in for successful implementation
• Work closely with the eLearning Instructional Designer, managing the production (including storyboarding) of interactive eLearning modules using a variety of multimedia tools such as eLearning simulations, video, audio and supporting courseware materials
• Develop and deliver required online train-the-trainer courses
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training solutions delivered
• Work with HRBPs and the Commercial Analytics team to identify and establish clear business data-driven measures, to show the ROI resulting from the training interventions
• Support the administration of the Learning Management System (Absorb) including course and user management

About you:

• Demonstrable experience of developing complex blended digital training programmes and solutions
• Proven experience of managing intricate projects from start to completion
• Experienced in storyboarding and working with eLearning Instructional Designers
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple senior stakeholders and HR colleagues. This includes people in different locations / time zones (office based and remote)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passionate about developing others and making a difference
• Able to use initiative to solve problems, and present opportunities for improvement / development
• Familiar with multiple E-learning design and development tools
• Experienced in LMS course admin and reporting
• Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK
