Job Description

Come and join our fun and friendly team in Bristol as a Driver HGV (C).This role is offered on a permanent basis working 40 hours a week Monday-Friday 7am - 5pm.About the roleMain duties are:

  • Driving a 12-tonne vehicle
  • Delivering to building sites
  • Multi-drop deliveries (average of 20 drops a day)
  • 150-mile round trip from branch
  • Loading/ unloading your vehicle
  • Warehouse work
  • Daily vehicle checks
  • Use of PDA
About youA valid C driving licence, CPC and digital tachograph is required for this role.An understanding of the importance of good time management is vital to ensure you meet your daily drops together with excellent knowledge of the local road network and surrounding areas.As a professional driver youll be self-motivated and play an important role within the team; maintaining a positive and friendly attitude to ensure our customer needs are met.About your development and benefitsWe aim to unlock your potential and equip you with all the skills required to move to the next stage in your career with us.
