Job Description

Document Automation Specialist - Contract Express, CE, HighQ, TR Matter, DocuSign, M365**Permanent role **£60k to £70k **Flexible Working **Sponsorship - NOT AVAILABLEThe companyProfessional services company.The roleAs a Document Automation Specialist, you will be working within the Technology transformation team to support the deployment of Contract Express, including identifying opportunities to use, develop, and apply it within the organisation.Essential experience

  • Experience working within a professional service environment.
  • Proven practical experience of Contract Express (standalone or integrated HighQ version):
    • Prepare and advise on markups of templates.
    • Testing and mobilisation of automation
    • Knowledge of administration of the templates - incl. configuring permissions, workflows, and profiles.
    • Troubleshooting, supporting, or training others on templates.
  • Knowledge/Experience of other complementary products including TR Matter maps/ Fast draft, DocuSign integration, and use of external tables/ API configurations.
  • Ideally experience or at a minimum knowledge of Thomson Reuters HighQ platform, incl. integrations with third-party systems such as AI tools.
  • An ideal candidate will have full working knowledge and experience of the Microsoft 365 suite (preferably including Microsoft Power Apps
