Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Divisional Marketing Director and Group Head of Digital Marketing to identify and implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Own a 12-month Digital Strategy for the division focused on growth.
  • Lead the Division’s work on HubSpot, evangelizing its use, exploring new ways to leverage this tool, and providing strategy to maximise ROI.
  • Provide project management for website rebuilds, involving coordination with IT, Design, Website, and Marketing teams.
  • Conduct user testing and A/B tests to improve conversion, sales, and user experience.
  • Support marketing teams on user acquisition, retention, and conversion, with success measured by relevant metrics.
  • Monitor and assess SEO, implementing strategies and reporting on progress and ROI.
  • Lead on PPC strategy, identifying areas for conversion optimisation, new keywords, and innovative lead generation methods.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, using HubSpot for audience creation and results analysis to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Support and guide marketing teams across digital channels to enhance user acquisition, retention, and conversion.
  • Lead on each businesss PPC strategy and paid social media campaigns, focusing on conversion optimisation and growth.
