Job Description

They pride themselves on providing personal,practical and cost effective service to their clientsThe Job:We are delighted to be assisting our client with their requirement for a Digital Trainer. This role is to join the Digital, Data and Technology team. You will be based in their Bristol, Taunton or Exeter office and you will be joining a very supportive team, who are well versed in developing individuals and giving themthe training and guidance they need to become successful.Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the Technology Adoption Specialists in the on-going development and review of training plans
  • Deliver regular in person/virtual induction training for new joiners and travel to other offices where required
  • Devise and conduct training programmes including the writing of in-house training manuals
  • Design and deliver face to face and digital training content to maximise the commercial use of the technology
  • Maintain and promote a publicly available course schedule and portfolio on both their Intranet and LMS
  • Drive the adoption of the tech chatbot providing regular updates to the business
  • Support the design and delivery of the Digital skills newsletter to the business
  • Contribute innovative ideas to develop training courses and improve user adoption of existing and new technology
  • Have a high level of product knowledge (or to obtain it) and to keep product knowledge up to date
  • Drive a human centric approach to training ensuring users are confident with using everyday digital tools
The Person:For this role our client is looking for someone who has a
  • Be recognised as a technology training professional with the ability to shape and deliver effective training sessions
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuing professional development given the speed of technological change in the sector
  • Make a full contribution to successful team performance
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable communicating at all levels
  • Be able to promote the Technology function as a positive resource
  • Develop an excellent understanding of individual end user needs and concerns and feed this back into strategic priorities
  • Have the ability to work well under pressure and to keep calm in highly pressurised situations.
  • You will be demonstrate a full and in depth knowledge of MS Office and Windows 7-10. Experience of Intapp Time Recording, Filesite, Worksite, iManage, Elite, Articulate and HighQ would be useful, but not essential.
The Salary:£27,50032,000The Benefits:25 days holiday Life assurance 3% / 5% pension Weekly lifestyle houran hour to take at your convenience (extended lunch or late start or early finish)The Location: Bristol (central with no car parking) but hybrid working (they are also happy to consider this role in their Exeter or Taunton offices). It is important that you are happy to travel to each of their locations.The Hours: MondayFriday 36.25 hours per week.
