Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Strategy Director or Head of Planning to join this leading digital transformation agency who are moving from strength to strength. This position can be based in either Bristol or London, however you will need to make regulartrips to either office depending on where you are based.The experience we need.We are looking for an established Strategy Director who has come from a digital marketing or digital transformation agency; you will need to be comfortable working with digital tools whilst forming integrated strategies that align creativitywith data and insight. You will have a natural desire to help inspire a team and express your thinking in a joined-up way. You will also need:
  • To have developed and led successful brand and digital strategies at a senior level.
  • Great understanding of digital to underpin your strategy.
  • To bring solid leadership to your team and support them with their own development.
  • To present strategic thinking to the client in a considered and engaging way.
  • To be a thought leader in strategy for the agency and able to represent them at external events.
The Role.Strategy Director/Planning Director opportunity to join a top agency working with big-name brands across a diverse list of sectors, including broadcast, automotive, financial services and travel. You will work with a team of planners and workclosely with the Strategy Partner on lots of award-winning campaigns.The company.This award-winning Digital/Digital Transformation agency produces effective campaigns for a whole host of exciting client names. They have had a busy last few years and are looking for a Strategy lead to work with the Tema in Bristol or London.Youll join a great team who are leading the way in digital products, transformation and martech.What youll get in return.
