Job Description

Digital Project Manager - Bristol - Part RemoteSalary: £35,000 - £45,000+ per annum.Were excited to be working with an incredible software development agency specialising in online education platforms, working with clients all over the world to help them deliver user-friendly online training to millions of learners.Over their history theyve worked with numerous exciting clients across a wide range of specialisms from tech giants such as Google, to smaller dog training companies, NFTs and Hollywood FX companies.Theyre looking for an experienced and technically engaged Digital Project Manager to guide projects through from ideation to delivery.Company Culture:Despite working remotely, theyre extremely collaborative and love bouncing ideas off of one another.   • Manage planning and design phases of upcoming web/app builds, working with systems architects, user experience and user interface designers.
  • Understand the client, their products, services, brands, processes and audiences.
  • Manage client expectations and facilitate change requests, while measuring and communicating time/cost impact of such changes.
  • Manage PHP, Django and React developers to deliver web/app projects.
  • Coordinate software integration efforts with clients suppliers.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues for mission-critical products.
  • Break down technical requirements into manageable tasks.
  • Build relationships with UK & US based clients.
  • Create and maintain processes for repeatable work.
Who You Are:
  • 2+ years of agency style (or similar) experience.
  • Passionate for building technology that is used by millions of people worldwide.
  • Technically minded with the ability to learn and understand the technologies that power business products.
  • Experienced with WordPress with the ability to troubleshoot issues without involving a developer.
  • Demonstratable experience with leading teams, budgeting, planning, quality management, problem-solving, reporting and managing risk.
  • Able to recommend technical solutions based on client challenges.
  • Confident scoping out new requirements with clients, and able to wireframe ideas as a way to communicate requirements with stakeholders & team members.
  • A minimum of 4 years of project management experience and 2 years of technical project management experience. (minimum)
  • A great communicator and an effective leader.
  • With scope to re-open the Bristol based office, you must be willing to commute into Bristol on a hybrid / part-remote basis.
Bonus points:
  • Some coding / development experience.
  • Design experience.
