Job Description

The client is a diverse and inclusive company that works withcutting-edge technologies and innovative clients that values excellence, collaboration and passion in everything they do.As a Junior Digital Marketing Executive, you will join a growing team of digital marketing experts who work with various clients from different sectors, such as service-based businesses and online retailers. You will collaborate with the team to build newpartnerships and maintain existing ones. The role will involve a wide range of PPC, SEO, Content and Social Media projects and often require frequent client meetings, account audits, presentations, task implementation and client training programmes.Benefits:

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute SEO, PPC, Content and Social campaigns to generate more leads and improve business performance and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Account Strategist’s on developing client strategies and marketing plans that deliver best in class results for our clients.
  • Be the main client contact for digital marketing campaigns, covering SEO, PPC and content.
  • Take a lead on client account strategy, working closely with the head of digital and other members of the digital team to create client roadmaps and optimisation strategies.
  • Manage multiple web updates through CMS platforms such as Wordpress, Webflow, Shopify and our very own application builder and CMS systems.
  • Manage digital strategies, identifying areas for improvement within any given project and demonstrating the ability to challenge or advise clients where needed.
  • Use Google Analytics, Adwords (Google Ads), Data Studio, SEMRush, Hootsuite and other SEM marketing tools to produce monthly reports focused on ROI figures.
  • Support internal marketing activity, promoting Flex Digital’s own services, supporting the Sales Director with marketing collateral where needed.
  • Work closely with our experienced in house development and UX teams to manage account projects from conception right through to completion.
About you:
  • You are a self-starter with a positive attitude and work ethic.
  • You have at least one year of digital marketing experience, covering SEO, PPC, content and social media.
  • You are eager to improve your digital skills, especially in SEO, PPC, content and social media marketing.
  • You have at least one year of experience in executing and managing multiple digital marketing campaigns with different budgets for B2C and B2B clients.
  • You are a key problem solver who learns quickly and proactively keeps up with search trends and digital technologies.
  • You are interested in developing your skills in other digital marketing areas such as UX design and CRO.
  • You are proficient in Google Analytics, Adwords, Tag Manager and other marketing tools with a strong analytical mindset focused on ROI reporting.
  • You have a positive attitude and work ethic, respect your colleagues and are always learning.
