Job Description

The position is based in Avonmouth and offered with hybrid working.About us:Harding is leading the way in innovative onboard cruise retailing, working closely with our cruise line partners and brand partners to excite and entice customers with unique shopping experiences. We stay at the cutting edge of retailing; consistently providingoutstanding customer service and winning global retail awards.About the role:To support with and take responsibility for the day-to-day implementation of the global digital strategy for Harding. You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders on a variety of digital projects, from content creation to the latestin experiential marketing.What youll be doing:

  • Create content and take ownership for all retail screens on board, coordinating content management and working with internal stakeholders to ensure correct brands and ranges are being displayed
  • Video editing using Adobe Premier Pro and elements of After Effects
  • End to end responsibility for email marketing, working with internal stakeholders and brands to develop engaging and creative content
  • Supporting and implementing the cruise line mobile app marketing strategy
  • Quarterly reporting on the latest retail digital trends
  • Updating and publishing to Harding website and Google Business account
  • Owning and updating digital asset bank
  • Identify and build innovative digital activations for key brands on board
  • Work with cruise line videography departments to record key retail activations and newness on board
  • Communicating with ships teams and colleagues to advise on digital marketing activity and confirming receipt / implementation
About you:
  • Video editing experience highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Competent with Apple MacOS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of digital analytics and metrics
  • Passion for innovation across digital channels, delivering digital content using a range of techniques
  • A hands-on, strategic thinker with a proactive and can-do approach
  • Attention to detail, ensuring work is completed to a high standard
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks
  • Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK
