Job Description

The RAC Digital Marketing team is growing. Were looking for a new Content Editor to join the Digital Content team, to help us rebuild our website within our upgraded Content Management System. This includes creating eye-catching content and visual displaysacross 400+ pages.Youll report directly into the Senior Digital Content Editor, and will work alongside other Content Editors, who play a key role in defining the customer experience of rac.co.uk and the MyRAC mobile app.This is a permanent role, with a flexible hybrid working model. Youll be based between our Creative Studio at the RACs Bristol office and home. Our teams are currently working from home with plans to transition to a permanent hybrid working model fromearly 2022.On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to:

  • Support relationships with key contacts
  • Work with the CMS to upload and edit content
  • Deliver and develop new content in various formats
  • Make sure content is correct and approved by appropriate parties
  • Support wider marketing initiatives with relevant and appropriate digital content
  • Ensure site is supportive of optimum user experience
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious candidate.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar content editor role in a digital marketing team, working across Consumer / Retail Marketing or Financial Services. Youll also have experience of updating and maintaining Content ManagementSystems. Full training will be provided, but experience using Kentico or Content Stack (CMS) and an understanding of HTML, would be advantageous.Attention to detail is vital, as is the ability to work both individually and as part of a team. Youll also need a great command of the English language, as youll be making sure our content is to the highest standard.Wed also love to hear from candidates who are passionate about getting into the marketing industry. Perhaps youve just completed a relevant degree/diploma, a Certificate in Marketing (CIM), or you have examples of skills in website creation.In return, we offer:
