Our client, a large telecommunications provider are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to manage and develop a team of desk based Sales Executives.This is a new role as a team has been relocated to Bristol. You would be managing a team of 11 Sales Executives, who are relatively junior and therefore require lots of guidance and mentoring, these individuals are also working remotely due to Covid, however this may continue beyond and therefore they are looking for a Manager who is experienced in leading and motivating remote teams.You will need to have experience on the telecommunications industry or certainly have worked in a similar role within the Technology sector.You will inherit an existing client base of both local authority and corporate clients and will look to grow this through your team.If this sounds of interest please get in touch.
